We will send your Property Disclosure and Waiver of Redhibition to fill-out and submit to potential buyers. We highly recommend that these documents are ready to go once your listing is active. Make sure they are signed and returned! Forgetting to send these forms to interested parties can result in inconvenient lawsuits. 

All communications come directly to you, so you are in charge! We do offer email and phone support in the gold & platinum packages, should need assistance. 

Once listed, you may cancel at any time but we do not offer any refund.
